Stay fit and look well

Eat 4 small meals a day, do moderate regular exercise avoid excessive workouts. Don't have any fizzy drinks, avoid red meat. Replace what you eat with a diet consisting 75% protein and 25% carbs. Don't eat after 6.30 pm if you can avoid it. Have lots of fruit. Drink lots of natural water and avoid sugar. Keep away from stress.
