Fitness for all

Basic principles when trying to get into a routine that will ensure good results. First you have to set your goals and understand your body that way you can set realistic aims and objectives. Any medical conditions you may have that could affect any programme you embark on must be taken into account.

Basic rules though apply. Regular  and moderate exercise is the way to do it over doing anything could in fact produce the reverse results. So be careful not to go wild and pace yourself.
