Remarkable how a moron like Charlie Elfik who was unfortunately a Councillor in the minority group of Tories in Lambeth ( there were just 5 of them ) is now an MP in Kent? How do idiots like that manage to slip through the net? This is of course what is wrong with our political system where total idiots convince us all to elect them to office!
