Today's entry is dedicated to our lovely friend Joan who died peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday 15 December. Myself Juliet and others in the Lambeth Unison office got to know Joan for the last 12 years as she was the allocated cleaner for our office. We developed a friendship and she often looked after my dog Sparky who she loved. I learned of the sad news this morning when Juliet called me, its weird to think that she has gone so quick after the death of her beloved husband Leo. Joan would have been a guest at our Xmas lunch which is strangely enough held today so she will be missed. Good bye friend may you rest in peace....
