TFL on pollution??

I received an email message from TFL this morning telling me about cars and pollution so I replied as follows.


Dear Mr and Mrs TFL

Thanks for your message. I am writing to remind you that closing so many roads all the time with no one doing any work or repairs for ages causes more problems and severe pollution? Also having red lights come on at crossings when its obvious that there are no pedestrians around especially at night time also causes severe pollution problems.
