I have said this before and I think we all have the right to have an opinion on this matter. The BBC gets funded by us the licence payers so we should take an keen interest in what they do and how they manage our station. Having the same personalities all the time dominate our screens encourages hegemony by them.
I am fed up seeing the same faces on television programmes all the time when there is a plethora of many new and younger talented journalist who can be given the opportunity. The BBC has introduced a new Sunday programme with Andrew Neil, again!! He may be good but there are others who are newer and more up to date and they should be given the opportunity to shine as well. I am not against older personalities been given big money jobs but newer talent must be encouraged. It is getting ridiculous seeing the same people all the time! Stop this hegemony.
