Colin Barrow resigns

The leader of Westminster Council Cllr Colin Barrow has resigned. He is claiming that his decision was made months ago and before the stupid move to impose restrictions in the centre of our town which would have meant that one could not park until 12 midnight. He did this ignoring numerous objections raised by service users so he did, in effect, have a consultation but chose not to take anything on board. All I can say is that the man is a total banana, his departure is good news for all of us.
