Consultation periods

The coalition government is determined to help their industry friends ensure that things get better for them. There has been a number of changes designed to help companies manage change and the most severe one is the reduction in periods for consultation from 90  to 45 days for outfits where more than 100 employees can be affected. There will be more of these changes coming in soon so watch out!
