Can't switch telly on these days without seeing Andrew Neil or Phillip Schofield. The message to me and others is that either there is no one else in a country with 65 million population to do the job they do or that television producers simply won't allow new talent to get thorough? Shouldn't we have some new people have a go? How is social mobility going to be achieved if we restrict the movement of new talent?
No offence to Schofield or Andrew Neil but the job can be done by a few others? Give them a chance??
