Greek general strike

My ADEDY friend ( public services union) texts me to say that the march in the centre of Athens is strong with people protesting against the severe austerity measures imposed on the general population ( strikes and marches all over Greece not just Athens ). He also reports that there are a number of Spanish, Portuguese and French flags in St Sophia's avenue but can't see a British representative. Maybe this is because we are all getting ready for the big London march this coming Saturday? Hope so..
