Stephen Fry on Downtoen Abbey

Stephen Fry is absolutely right to ask why there is so much interest in what is surely a second rate programme which perpetuates the myth that the 'upper class' are superior? They are not and the constant bombardment of these idiotic images on our screens simply encourages the brigadier trolley brigade to continue the myth. People should get real and remember how and where this 'class' originated from. And as for all those lovely places build by workers who were definitely not on minimum wage at the time they should be turned into old peoples homes or schools.
