Well it all went as wrong as one would expect it to go with the UK not getting very far, Greece coming 5th and Italy second. Portugal awarding 12 points to Spain the Spain dishing out 12 points to Portugal and all the Scandinavian countries voting for each other, plus, of course, Cyprus giving Greece 12 points. So it remains as political as ever and that is, to me, the fun of it all. The only solution I could recommend for Britain is to move the island near another group of countries like Australia and the USA that way Britain will get more votes.
Anyway its all a lot of rubbish but that's why is fun?? The British press should relax about it and not get so serious...
