EU Extension to be agreed

As expected by almost everyone with more than one brain cell the extension demanded by Portugal and Greece to repay the support loans will be agreed. I have never doubted that the north EU states would come to understand at some point that the policy of killing the patient would not help recovery! Growth and not austerity must be the fundamental principle for recovery. If there is no growth then the revenue goes down which means inability to pay back loans.
